Struggle With Money Is Real.
True story- making money has never been my problem. Keeping more of what I made to have it work to make more money was the problem.
People that work can all decide to keep a percentage of what they earn. That is a time tested principle when practiced regularly will reward the individual. That can not be contested.
Over my lifetime I only heard to work hard, put money into a retirement account.
And I fell for it. I took the bait and gave up control over my time and money to “earn” a paycheck.
I made every excuse not to travel or spend more time with my parents! For what? To work for someone else?
Did I enjoy what I did- Yes. Looking back there was a pretty hefty cost though. .
Because I can not go back in time but I can set my compass to guide me to do more in my life – on my terms – when I choose – and with the people I enjoy being around most.
I believe that all starts with taking an honest assessment of your personal finances to reduce stress and increase the level of excitement in an individual’s life.
